Stocks to Watch Zydus Lifesciences Ltd buyback committee has approved an increase in the buyback price and a reduction in the number of equity shares to be repurchased under its ongoing buyback programme. The buyback price has been increased from ₹1, 150 per equity share to ₹1, 260 per equity share. Oil India Ltd wholly owned subsidiary OIL Green Energy Ltd (OGEL) has signed a JV agreement with Hindustan Waste Treatment Private Ltd (HWT), a wholly owned subsidiary of SFC Environmental Technologies Ltd, to develop bioenergy and sustainable waste management projects in India. Ashok Leyland reported record quarterly and annual revenue, profit and CV volumes for FY26, driven by strong domestic demand, exports, aftermarket growth and improving traction in electric mobility.
