Coca Cola looks for India subsidiary IPO The Coca-Cola Company has officially announced that it is exploring a public listing of Hindustan Coca-Cola Holdings Pvt. Ltd. (HCCH), the parent company of Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt. Ltd. (HCCB), its largest bottling operation in India. The proposed listing is being targeted for 2027, subject to market conditions and regulatory approvals. The shares are expected to be listed on both the BSE and NSE. Coca-Cola currently owns 60% of HCCH, while Jubilant Bhartia Group holds the remaining 40%, acquired in 2025. The company has appointed Rothschild & Co as advisor for the listing process.
